@tractorgirly @Political_AlanS @JohnSwinney @theSNP I reckon it's fairly easy to understand, the GE was called, and as it happens to fall on, probably the busiest week for Scottish parents to be out of the country on holidays, the number of postal vote requests was too high for the local authorities to deal with.
