2.Amy ensured urgently needed equipment & support was put in place. All the nurses were wonderful but it was Amy who quickly assessed what was required at a vital stage in his care. He was able to die as the hero he was.

1. On International Nurses Day, I want to acknowledge the excellent care I received from Retford District Nurses when my Dad was end of life. Amy visited during the final 24 hours. I wanted Dad to remain at home and die pain free with the dignity, compassion and love he deserved
