I just don't get it? There have been various protests, marches, gatherings for various matters and topics over the last year. They went ahead during a pandemic, so why was this peaceful vigil any different? Even if it was unlawful, this was a complete misreading of the mood.

@TeamKnowhowUK When asked to speak to a manager, they said one would call within the next 72 hours?!? When asked if they could order a replacement product, after stating that the purchase was needed urgently, the response was 'you'll have to do it yourself' GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

@TeamKnowhowUK Really poor customer service today. After not processing the order, your customer service team were highly unhelpful and said all they could do was cancel the order, with the funds taking upto 72 hours to go back in the bank!?!?
