A friend of mine can’t hear or talk in game chat. We can’t even see his fireteam messages. He’s tried reaching out everywhere for an answer. He doesn’t have X so I’m here hoping we can solve the problem so we can get our coms back. Any ideas on how to fix it?

@Rainbow6Mobile I’ve hit Gold 2 multiple times and it doesn’t appear on the game menu, however each time I have reached the level the ranked rewards tree has given me a new reward… can you please explain what’s going on?
