@HiringLib For public library jobs understand that you will be working with the public, and realize that this is a front-facing position almost always. It’s gratifying, but exhausting. I’ve known some recent grads think because they’re librarians, it’s less work with the public.

The most important thing is to realize you’re not doing anything wrong —you’re just taking care of your specific baby. I am so sorry though—not easy
@taylorsschumann @thedigitalyenta When I learned about sleep cycles, it changed my world about baby sleeping. Some babies have a short sleep cycles. It sucks.
