WHAT A RUN 👏

The Irish Men’s 4x400m Relay team of Conor Kelly, Adam Courtney, Sean Doggett and Stephen Mannion smash the National U20 Record at the World U20 Championships in Peru 🤩

The quartet clock 3:08.94 to finish third in their heat. With just one heat to go they currently occupy a fastest non-automatic qualifier spot and will now wait to see if they’ve made the final🤞

The progression in the 400m in Ireland just gets better. For context, in 2018 I was on an Irish u20 Relay Team that made an attempt to qualify for World u20. We ran 3.22
Those lads would be finished as we came into the home straight.
