@Safecoinsurance just trying to get a return call from someone after submitting a claim is nearly impossible. I just don’t understand how they can get away with it,even at the manager level. Get back to the basics Safeco … communicate and make servicing your claims a priority.
@Safecoinsurance I can’t imagine Safeco treats all their insured like they’ve treated me thru my claim process. The lack of responsiveness and zero sense of urgency is mind boggling. Delay after delay. Everything is fine and dandy until it’s time for a claim.
