@MorvenMoore@passportwaiting You need to honestly just slam the phone, email everyday and request an upgrade. I think I was lucky but also, the fact they called me and told me my passport was ready, was in part due to requesting a callback
@Batmans_mummy@MorvenMoore@passportwaiting I wasnt over, I was creeping up to the 10 weeks though. Call them, email, request callbacks. Just keep going. I got mine 4 days before travel
@MorvenMoore@passportwaiting What I did was relenetless call them up, email and send over flight documents. Eventually I got a call saying I could pick up/ get sent my passport. They will only do nearer the time but worth empathising you are oversees

@HM_Passport disgraceful you have told your call agents they can speak to the upgrade team, leaving people on hold for hours, only to be spun round in circles. Great way to avoid employing more people
@HM_Passport I have waited 2 weeks after requesting my upgrade to just be told my application is with Liverpools office. Then put through to the standard number. I fly in less than two weeks. Stressed is not even the word
