I agree with this article about @ChickfilA being a public nuisance. All over Charlotte ChickFilA is allowed to block a lane of traffic for drive through. This is not sustainable in so many ways.

@theobserver worst delivery and customer service. After calling to complain about missing papers, the rep assured me the problem would be fixed. Sunday morning 11:30 still no paper. Their answer is you can read it online, it's not the same. The digital subscription is overpriced!
