This is the Democrat Denver District Court Judge, Sarah Wallace, that will be deciding if Trump should be kept off the Colorado ballet next year.

6 petitioners brought the case to her, stating that under the theory that Trump ‘stoked an insurrection at the Capitol on J6, under the 14th Amendment, he is ineligible to hold office again.’

There is a no-jury trial, so she alone gets to decide.

She has donated to Dem PACs, yet refused to recuse herself.

Trumps lawyers state it’s absurd - he is protected by the 1st Amendment.

@AskAIB I was refused cash at a Brinks ATM about an hour ago when using my AIB Visa Debit card. The screen message read something like, 'your card provider has declined service'. Why would this happen? My card worked 2 mins later in a shop btw.
