For example, while not a verb, Bing does ~7B in annual revenue.

If Redfin has a stronger broker / MLS game, perhaps they end up cornering the high-end market.

You can’t beat convenience, speed and transparency.

Legacy mortgage brokers and real estate agents can’t compete fighting over segments of the value chain when Zillow can bundle it all.
