@dunkelkathole @EuropaParkUK @europa_park @MichaelMack I agree with you. People can be unpredictable. I was in the Lake District last week and a small child suddenly ran into the road, infant of oncoming traffic. Thankfully she was OK but nobody can predict what somebody is going to do!

@dunkelkathole @EuropaParkUK @europa_park @MichaelMack We went to Disneyland Paris in February and saw something very similar. So many people try to run across to the other side of the road when the parade is on. We have seen so many children and adults nearly hit by the floats. That's why there's so much security!

Sometimes you need to shout louder to be heard! Discrimination has no place in this society and unfortunately for Europa Park we won't be going away until our complaint is resolved

@dunkelkathole @EuropaParkUK @europa_park @MichaelMack Our son is around 1.3 and 9 years old. Europa Park have admitted that it's not policy to refuse any disabled on this ride and the operative has been spoken too! Unfortunately all communication with Europa Park stopped after that email and then we got blocked by the CEO Mr Mack.

@dunkelkathole @EuropaParkUK @europa_park @MichaelMack Hi, how awful. My son loves coasters and was very calm. He's never been refused entry to any other ride at Europa Park or in the UK. Unfortunately we have now,been blocked by their CEO Michael Mack and can no longer communicate with europa park. Something doesn't seem right!
