@unaohalloran it’s -3C in London! Only a matter of time now before next leak through burst pipes in empty flat above me, as Council has left windows open for weeks now despite promising to close them nothing’s been done! Careless. Will have to sue after all!

@unaohalloran very worried pipes will burst in subzero temperatures in empty flat upstairs of mine- causing another leak! Have notified @IslingtonBC a week ago that they must close the open windows in the flat urgently. As usual no action taken. It’ll be -4C over the weekend!!!
