Maybe it's just me, but I still don't trust Princess Eugenie. It has to do with the way she encouraged Meghan to be in Harry's life. So Eugenie either doesn't read people well, or she wanted to hurt the royals.
Plus, Eugenie was the main leak of royal information to Harry and Meghan, and she's not exactly in the loop any longer, as her father is out to pasture most of the time, and Fergie is doing her own thing.
I feel sorry somedays that she married a man with an eye for pretty ladies, but she's seems happy and has two lovely children now. But I still wouldn't trust her to not to help out Harry or Meghan in a pinch.
Yes, I believe someone or several someones told her to knock it off and get in line as a royal. Will she always listen? Doubt it. So I don't trust her.
Princess Beatrice married an Italian man with a title, and she's certainly upped her game since marrying him. He has a son, and then they have a child together. Does this mean Beatrice can be trusted as a royal insider? I don't think so, because she's close to Eugenie. I think Bea would confide in Eugenie and pass on vital tidbits of info.
If they did it during Queen Elizabeth's reign, they would do it during King Charles' reign, too.
Since the streamlined monarchy has been discussed, with having two major royals out sick, some think Beatrice and Eugenie are the answers to having more working royals. I don't know if that would work.
