@AmericanAir It’s not rebooking I’m asking about, I’ve got that sorted. It’s about compensation for sitting on the runway for over 3 hours, then for the additional 9 hours I am ‘enjoying’ waiting for my rebooked connection.

@YourSSE No, it is still unresolved! We are still awaiting the credit meter being installed. There was a date for this to be done (again) on Tuesday this week- but the engineer never appeared so we are back to square 1.

@virginmedia sort yourselves out! I’m a business customer and have been on hold for 39 minutes waiting to speak to technical! I have no internet in my business and can’t even get a member of your team to answer the phone ! Not good enough!

@how_greg I could tell. 😍 It’s funny the names you mention in it, superstars, but when I was growing up they were just regular dinner conversation names. Tony Rougier was a regular for dinner at our house when he played for Raith Rovers.

@how_greg That’s so kind. I got a lovely letter from Sir Alex, reminiscing of some of the great times they shared together. He was quite the character my Papa. Lots of amazing stories to tell us. He used to force me along to East Fife games when I was a wee girl. Lol
