Black women raised over $1.5 million for Kamala Harris.
Black men raised $1.3 million for Kamala Harris.
White women raised $8.5 million for Kamala Harris.
White men raised $3.7 million for Kamala Harris.
Out of that $15 million raised for Kamala Harris, not a single cent is going to be used to pay for legal expenses and lawyers bcos Harris is NOT a 34 count convicted felon, nor a 4 time indicted criminal, nor an adjudicated rapists.
I don't know about you, but I'm voting for the law abiding citizen to be my next President.
I was in Wilmington on Thursday during the debate. I flew home the next morning while wearing a Biden-Harris shirt.
My Uber driver was a woman about my mom’s age. She saw my shirt and asked me if I had watched the debate. I told her I had actually been AT Biden HQ.
She told me Biden seemed old (which he is) but it’s what she told me after next that stuck with me deeply. She said she’s voting for Biden. That he’s a decent man with substance.
But she said she was disappointed in America. She’s a naturalized citizen, an immigrant from Cameroon. She said she came to America because she believed in this country and the hope she had coming to it, but that she is disgusted America would allow a convicted felon and an adjudicated rapist to become a nominee for President.
She was angry. Said this isn’t the America she knows. Said she came here with little to nothing and has worked for everything (adding in she did so working ‘black jobs’ as a dig at Trump.)
She said America has to do better. I agree.
You can choose to believe this story or not that’s up to you— but I’m 100% telling the truth. I even told her ma’am I think you were suppose to be my driver today and we hugged as she dropped me off. Ms. J if you see this, just know you gave me a renewed sense of purpose.
March 31, 2024 would have been the 97th birthday of legendary labor & civil rights champion César Chávez.
He dedicated his life to ensuring the workers who put food on America’s table get their fair share. His legacy lives on across the labor movement today.
This is one of the most beautiful songs ever written. It tells the story of generational poverty that so many working people know all too well in such an incredibly poignant way. So amazing to see @tchapmanonline's brilliance introduced to a new generation listeners
@RepJasmine See you often on MSNBC. just saw you on Velshi this morning. You are a credit and inspiration to young (and old) women everywhere. You give me so much hope for the future - thank you for speaking your mind and representing my values.
Everything you see on television, streaming services, and in the movie theater comes from the mind of a writer. None of it is possible without them. They deserve a fair share of the profits derived from their labor. #wgastrong
Trump is embracing a J6 Defendant who called for the execution of members of Congress.
To elected Republicans who have endorsed him: You are endorsing his conduct on Jan 6th and every day since.
