Took the lady I volunteer for shopping yesterday; she is in her 90s and doesn't have a Tesco clubcard. Her bill came to £99; when I dug out my clubcard and added it to her shopping it reduced the bill to £49.

Something about this just doesn't seem right.

Taking in large quantities of John Lewis returns, which would of normally ended up in landfill. These items are then made available to our customers at our charity shops.
