@1stCentral I'm fuming that i am having to pay more for my policy due to a none blame accident, or be charged to end the policy. No help given. Disgusted with lack of customer care
@1stCentral I'm not impressed with the level of service I have received regarding the collection of my car after being driven into almost 6 weeks ago. I have had to make numerous calls and chase people to help me. I am still waiting for the help, and don't need any further stress
