@intheOR @daniodanionella @NatashaOBrown1 @ZebrafishRock @AppelbaumLab @Artingerlab @IShainer @ribarragp @uribelabrice I just used it in embryos (up until 24hpf) together with HCR not in adults. @NatashaOBrown1 used it in zebrafish brains but without HCR. When I use both together, I do the CUBIC-L step before the HCR protocol. The other way around it removed the HCR signal.
