Yes @loucityfc@RacingLouFC@SoccerHldngsPR Let’s talk about that since I know you all are about accountability and taking responsibility and everything.
For those wondering, the #NWSL stipulations for Racing Louisville do mean that James O’Connor will no longer have any oversight of the team and the GM will report directly to the owners. 1/
🚨The #NWSL has announced corrective action in response to the findings of the Joint Investigative Report released on December 14.

@timly_grae There have been no reports of him being abusive to anyone (so far), unless you count subjecting Racing fans to his on field tactics and personnel decisions.
Bev Yanez occupies the spot above him by virtue of the fact that she hasn’t done anything with the team yet, period.
For everyone who keeps saying they want James gone, here’s teensy insight into the clubs’s mentality: I ran into someone from the FO at a bar last week. They were extremely inebriated and told me “If it came down to James or the supporters, we can get new supporters.”
As always, believe and support the players in this league. Fuck those who allowed this to perpetuate and grow and hurt so many. Especially fuck those trying to sweep this under the rug or ignore it
That means you, @RacingLouFC + @loucityfc
-The NDA allowed Holly to further slander our players.
-The NDA also had a penalty of $5000, which is so soft I have no words…
+But, at least Holly was fired quickly.
I’ve seen enough. Profound incompetence is on par with deliberate malice. JOC has got to go. #JOCOUT
So just to hit some cliff notes:
-Holly was doing this for YEARS to Simon
-The FO poorly vetted the hire.
-The players weren’t sure who to report harassment to.
-JOC insisted on transparency on everything, to the detriment of the players.
-The NDA was way too weak.
If $5k is all that stood between the club verbally tearing Holly a new public asshole, I can add “cheap” along with incompetent to the leadership involved.
club to voluntarily disclose Holly’s misconduct to law enforcement. The agreement provided that if Holly or the club breached the non-disparagement clause, the other party would be entitled to a payment of $5,000.
Estes was involved in negotiating the severance agreement and…
Oh, this looks too familiar.
@RacingLouFC and @SoccerHldngsPR did y’all get JOC to write this? Are we gonna start seeing Panda LouCity and Panda Racing next year? C’mon, be honest. I know that Nintendo money looks good, but come on now.
#JOCOUT
This isn’t shitcanning JOC, but compared to some of the clown show, three ring circus decisions this FO has made in the past two months, this seems smart for a change.
Still, #JOCOUT.
@pksapienza@NWSL@RacingLouFC I’m both stunned and humbled that the players think this team is worth salvaging and sticking with. I wouldn’t blame them one bit for wanting the whole thing death penalty’d.
With the off-season in full swing, and @Tyler_Greever doing some amazing reporting, I think the first MAJOR roster overhaul that @RacingLouFC and @loucityfc should announce is the termination of JOC and the staff and front office that allowed institutional malpractice.
