@JagexSupport since recently I can't access my account anymore. Now I got a message from my GIM friends, that my account is leaving the group. I have 6 days left for the recovery. how can I do that. I can't access the launcher nor osrs account

I haven't heard anything from this yet. And because there is a bit of a deadline, Thats why I contacted you.
