There are two distinct groups of people emerging in this country. You can tell where they land by the decisions they make, and they don't fall on lines of politics/income/gender/race. It's simply:
1. People who trust the government.
2. People who don't.
The real story is that AOC was in her office and then a cop came and told her to evacuate. The end. That was her entire involvement in that day's events. She managed to turn that into a harrowing tale of narrowly avoiding death at the hands of assassins sent by Ted Cruz.
So a hedge fund is messed with and the government leaps to action immediately, but Americans are starving and jobless for 10 months and the government hardly moves.
Makes sense
Today, hedge funds called in favors to have trading shut down for specific companies across several giant platforms so they could buy time to gather in private to decide what to do next. If that's not market manipulation, I don't know what is.
