I decided this year to change my life around and focus on my weight and health. My start at the end of January was 166.6kg, today I hit 96.5kg. My goal for the end of summer next year is to hit 80kg but I'm already very happy with what I have achieved.

@JagexSupport my team gim alt got a rwt ban and its not appealable, rsn is Day Sold is there a way to appeal a "irons" rwt ban

@JagexAsh first one only happens when someone outside the gim group scouts it doesnt happen if i join a gim teammates raid or if i just scout on the gim

@JagexAsh could we please get a toggle for warnings for gims going in cox, its very annoying for the people you are raiding with and if you want to join a raid that is scouted by someone outside your team

@JagexAsh yeah would be a very nice update for gims doing cox, cause we are a unranked gim team and we still get warnings for losing our prestige
