This is not about @McDonaldsUK. This is about the ridiculous hoops you have to jump through at @UberEats @ubereats_uk to resolve a basic issue.

@UberEats felt it was reasonable to respond to a food issue after more than two weeks and over 10 messages sent from me. Food received from @McDonaldsUK was cold. It wasn’t even warm. Food was not edible and after 2 weeks, as a goodwill gesture they refunded £1.80.

I am disgusted at what they feel is reasonable food quality and their dismissive nature. You should take some lessons about customer service from @Deliveroo. Why does fixing a simple issue always have to be so complicated with you guys?
