@AmazonHelp Ship and sold by Amazon. The order was supposed to be delivered today, however there was a "delay" that no one could explain. So now my order won't be here for 2 days, which means I no longer need it.

@AmazonHelp No one knows because none of the customer service people I've talked to know how to do anything. They can't look at facilities, they can't cancel things, they can't even transfer phone calls and apparently have no one higher than a supervisor working for the.
