I wanted to give a heads up to not use @ATT for cell phone service. We changed our cell service to them during a buyout offer they were doing. After several months of going back and forth trying to get our reimbursement we are being told it’s past the deadline. Out $800.

@SBAgov the practice I work for has tried for almost two months to obtain an EIDL letter showing their loan has been paid off. The only response we have received is a generic email acknowledging our request. What is the standard turn around time to receive a document?
