@Sonia_Sparkles These labels can be demoralising for staff. I’m a medical secretary with over 20 years experience but still hear “you’re just a secretary” or “what band are you?”. We are all in the NHS to help people from porters/domestics to chief execs. Thanks for this @Sonia_Sparkles
