@mrblairbowman @lornaslater @mrblairbowman so whisky producers are getting a double hit with VAT, as a hell of a lot of bottles are sold to tourists who will not be recycling their bottle as it’s taken out of the country. This nightmare is growing multiple arms, legs and heads - lunacy!
