➡ High Production? Be Funny! If you’re investing in a high-production ad, make sure it brings the humor. Meow Mix did this brilliantly.
➡ No Tracking, No Proof: Ads run independently of Walmart Connect that drove directly to Walmart didn’t use affiliate codes or tracking parameters in their URLs. This means no evidence to show your buyer that your ad spend actually drove traffic to Walmart. Ouch.
➡ Test Variants: Always run ad variants with captions and different CTAs to maximize impact.
➡ Engagement Red Flags: A healthy ratio of likes, comments, and shares is crucial. Seeing 20k likes but 0 comments? 🚩 That’s a red flag.
