@gjda21 @AmericanAir I'm coming down with cold symptoms, people who are sick are getting removed from airplanes, and I call @AmericanAir and they said you can still fly if you want but we won't reimburse you if you cancel

@AmericanAir Your customers are trying to look out for the health of the American people as a whole. Flying out to Seattle from a Mexican border city risks bringing back & spreading the virus in a passive state to yet ANOTHER country right across from us.

@AmericanAir Booked a basic economy flight for next week and just started getting cough and chills today. For the safety of other travelers and your staff, I called to cancel the flight, but they would rather me fly with possibly #coronavirus than give a refund or travel credit
