Our national Large Air Tanker landed today, carrying 15,000L of retardant, it's a real boost to our national aerial firefighting capability. This is a result of the Government investing $30mil each year to ensure availability of efficient aerial firefighting resources. @AFACnews
The Bureau has confirmed that #LaNiña has formed in the tropical Pacific, with climate models suggesting it's likely to remain until at least the end of 2020.
