Had an amazing time at the groundbreaking for Fuse at
Mason Square today! We are not just breaking ground on a building – we are breaking ground on Virginia’s future! #Mason50#MasonNation @MasonARLCampus
@natlcommander I appreciate this video and the opportunity to learn about Major Davis's perspective on Black History Month. She's an incredible leader in The Salvation Army.
📢! Calling on all supporters to VOTE for The #SalvationArmy to receive a $100K @Lowes#HomeTeamsForHometowns community project! Help us provide needed renovations to a facility that serves at risk youth with your vote!
How do you celebrate Black History Month? We're interested in hearing your ideas. Maybe because it's what we do, but The Salvation Army encourages local acts of service. #BHM
Great working with @Uber and four of our largest markets to bring this partnership to fruition. Is there a better way to demonstrate a product/feature than lending it to an organization like The @SalvationArmyUS?

Thank you, @Uber! Starting today—push a button, donate a coat through Uber Connect. For a limited time, Uber will cover up to $25 of your Connect donation trip to select @SalvationArmyUS locations. More here: https://t.co/klIFhZCsal
We've been overwhelmed by snow in Northern Virginia, with many stranded on I-95 for some 24 hours. I can't imagine the plight of those who were already living on the streets of Washington, D.C., but am grateful to know our organization continues providing them shelter and food.
The #SalvationArmy is providing food and shelter in communities affected by the recent winter storm. We provided nearly 10M nights of shelter in 2021. Help us do it again in 2022 at https://t.co/lIloa7CN7m.
"And what about those who work hard, and barely get by? You can help us support them when a bill is passed due. When they're hungry or tried, we can help with that, too."

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." (Isaiah 9:6)
From The @SalvationArmyUS to everyone across America, merry Christmas!
This year The @SalvationArmyUS wants to ensure that #HopeMarchesOn for everyone in need. It's the last day to give at storefront red kettles, but you can always support your neighbors in need at https://t.co/8ntFIt2w0N. Thank you and merry Christmas!
"The fact that any politically motivated group is working so hard to force a faith-based organization to conform to that group's chosen ideology should give pause to all reasonable individuals." — @natlcommander@SalvationArmyUS#SalvationArmy
@SalvationArmyUS The Pathway of Hope program is perhaps the most powerful weapon in The Salvation Army's arsenal against generational poverty. Truly wonderful to see lives changed for good.
Overwhelmed with hardship, Devina wanted to give up. She reached out and got so much more from The Salvation Army’s Pathway of Hope program.

The constant distortion of the truth to spark hateful backlash against people who have dedicated their lives to serving others must be called exactly what it is—an attempt by political actors to suppress the Church's free speech through cancel culture.
My interest in serving through The @SalvationArmyUS was sparked in '07 when I was a full-time bell ringer in Selma, Alabama. Stories from veterans about the organization helping in their worst times inspired me to give my time and treasure to help others, which I still do today.
There are many reasons to support your local Salvation Army by donating when you see a Red Kettle. Here are a few examples from people we asked on the street. #HopeMarchesOn
