Admin, New teachers needs a good mentor. Here are 4 keys to good mentoring:
*Mentor should be a confidante, not evaluator.
*Mentor should observe the new teacher & be observed by them often.
*Mentoring is about building strengths & confidence.
* Need time to meet w/ mentors
