Asked @MizzouBaseball HC Kerrick Jackson postgame if his hitters were also given a green light to use ABS like Mateo Serna was behind the plate. Here was his response:

@tangotiger@dizou24 If two directions simultaneously is too chaotic but still want more, have offense choose direction when the state is symmetric: state = (-, 2, 123, 13)
Plus an added fun rule, runners on 1&3 both can tag and attempt to score directly on a potential SF regardless of direction.

BaseballCV contributor, @JoeDatts, used our tools to create an approach to predicting intended location, check it out as it'll help you see how the tools can help in your research. The notebook is here:

@JoeDatts has graciously offered to contribute to BaseballCV, and his first (public) use-case of the project provides a great example of what is possible with the tools provided! The notebook he used is also available on the repository!

If we don't key in on the correct frame, we get the location moving all over the place. Not ideal. But having the key frame of release turns our location into a static point to evaluate (first video) and not the moving target.
