brief overview of the new player profile feature that dropped this month on @GTOWizard - you can now train against 8 different player types automatically node-locked for the entire hand.
Before you had to manually edit each street's strategy and you could only train against a GTO strategy, now you can choose a different profile depending on who you think your opponent is in custom solutions
5 mins grinding one of my favorite @GTOWizard PLO workouts right now, deeper stack vs 4bets - I found out I was calling way too wide and because there are 6,000 combos of Aces, I need to be playing a lot tighter than I was vs gto/tight 4bettors
Takeaways
KK combos = fold/significantly weaker
out of position = alot tighter
reverse blocking A = rarely fold
Pocket Pair + Nut suit = call
double soot AK + non-nut pair = fold more
A-K-Q combos more folding than expected
You ideally want to have multiple future proprieties going for you, nut flush, top set/nut boat, nut straights
HSP @PokerGO heating up tonight
Robl sqz 3b- 4bet by E-wass $280k/Robl call

DNegs was up over $100k and holding his own very well but finished down $73.8k after losing a few pots very late in his 8 hour @HCLPokerShow debut session before boarding a plane back home to Vegas... @RealKidPoker@andystackspoker won $110k in his return, @senortilt won about $114k, and @nikairball lost about $180k after making a massive river bluff shove and losing to Senor
Iโm glad you mentioned the pairs because one interesting thing Iโve noticed 200bb vs 100bb is they donโt mind continuing more w/ hands like AJJ4 that have a double suit or sometimes only one nut suit but folding most of those 100bb deep
Like the idea of simplifying to having an ace or pair vs most v tight 4bet human ranges
sick hand of the night from @PokerGO HSP
-$1k/$2k/$4k straddle
e-wass 12k on btn - 4 way to flop
flop checked through
turn Tang c/r 30k to 100k
e-wass reraises 280k Tang calls
river Tang c/r 350k to all in
E-wass looks stunned and tank... folds w/ 275k behind
@slam__punk@GTOWizard it does seem like the deeper you are and the bigger blunder potential opponent has OOP, I would want to be calling "wider" or hands on the threshold to blunder catch but maybe not worth it
it's interesting because even if they are 4bet "bluffing" with wider range that includes more double sooted/good pair hands - they still have 6k combos OOP of aces - if they have 600/800 combos of non/aces - the range should still be super strong
had no idea how badly lot of the double suited A/K/Q combos and especially good KK did against that
