@MinModulation This is even more evident if you look at the rabbi scene and how much it effects Hanson. He age regresses into a whiny kid throwing a tantrum at his producer. The same happens the first time he misses the "whale". He acts very emotionally stunted throughout the whole movie.
@MinModulation Primetime's Hanson was definitely sexually assaulted as a child and he uses the show to live out revenge fantasies. He sees the DA, monster, and his own predator as the "whale" he has to capture. But the whale kills himself, showing that he can never get the true revenge he wants
