New Delhi court today allows the extradition of murder accused Rajwinder Singh to Australia.

Singh is accused of murdering 24-year-old Toyah Corrodingly on an isolated North Queensland beach in 2008.

Queensland & Indian Police get their man!! Rajwinder Singh - accused of murdering Toyah Cordingley in 2018 - is about to face court in New Delhi beginning the extradition process back to Australia. It could take time but Toyah’s family are thrilled with the news. @7NewsBrisbane
