I’m seeing identical results in a 7250 Case, holding 50-55 ton/hr with extremely minimal losses. Header now holds 90-100% engine load and HP is the only limiting factor in achieving more

Setup and advice supplied by @GribbleRC and Kupsch Mechanical - 60t/hr at 0.5% loss (tested with a drop pan) is a brilliant outcome. Header now sits comfortably between 50-55 t/hr 👍

@jaseharris69 @JoeKlein726810 This setup has been exceptional in Barley, 45-60 ton ph. Minimal losses and stuff all unthreshed heads in the sample and low screenings.

@andrewefridgway Haven’t had experience with a Boss cart, but have had experience with a few other models, own a 2 year old 15,000L TBT Gason cart, haven’t seen anything else come close for accuracy and ease of use, small seeds box is exceptional for low rates and low maintenance
