I use Canopy to manage all tasks. It helps manage tasks to be done, recurring tasks and within each client tasks at various statuses. I try and make sure that one off tasks that I may not bill for are in there as well so I can review to talk about when time to renew/update billing. Coming in handy as I live to subscription pricing.
