D’CENT is now telling ALL App Wallet users to move ALL coins and tokens immediately to a hardware wallet or another trusted wallet.

Think about what that means.

Victims have reported devastating losses. Hundreds of affected users have connected with our group. And now D’CENT itself is warning that assets remaining in its App Wallet could still be at risk.

Yet victims are STILL waiting for answers:

• What exactly happened? • How was the App Wallet compromised? • How many wallets and how much crypto were affected? • What has been recovered or frozen? • Who is responsible? • And most importantly — what is the reimbursement plan for victims?

Moving funds may protect what remains. It does nothing for the people whose assets are already gone.
We need transparency, accountability, and a concrete plan for victims — not silence.

There is still NO publicly announced reimbursement program.
Meanwhile, Korean reporting gives us information victims have been demanding: IoTrust acknowledged roughly 110 reports of abnormal asset movements and said it was investigating the possibility of an issue involving private-key/random-number generation in older versions of the DCENT app.

So where are the answers?
What exactly failed?
How were the wallets compromised?
How much has actually been frozen or recovered?
Is there insurance coverage?
Will victims be reimbursed?

Nearly two weeks later, victims should not have to search Korean media to piece together what happened.
