Kigali , Margaret McLennon, a Canadian participant attending Rwanda’s World Environment Day celebrations, told us that Rwanda stands out as a premier eco-tourism destination.
She said Rwanda is “more than just a country, it’s a destination for eco-tourism,” adding that within just one month of arriving in Rwanda, she had already visited Nyandungu Eco-Park. She praised Rwanda’s cleanliness, strong environmental stewardship, and commitment to sustainable development, describing these as key attractions.
McLennon also expressed enthusiasm about visiting more of Rwanda’s tourist sites in the near future. #WorldEnvironmentDay #VisitRwanda
