When you look at how Copilot has been delivered to customers, it’s disappointing. It just doesn’t work, and it doesn’t deliver any level of accuracy. Gartner says it’s spilling data everywhere, and customers are left cleaning up the mess. To add insult to injury, customers are then told to build their own custom LLMs. I have yet to find anyone who’s had a transformational experience with Microsoft Copilot or the pursuit of training and retraining custom LLMs. Copilot is more like Clippy 2.0. 🤷‍♂️#AI #Microsoft #Copilot https://t.co/tZaGlvSKqS

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of the remarkable Lilly Ledbetter, who forever changed my understanding with the simple but powerful phrase, “Equal pay for equal work.” It’s shocking that, as a CEO, I witnessed firsthand how wide the pay disparities were—not just in my own company, but across so many others we acquired. Lilly taught me the fight for equality starts with pay equity. There can be no true equality without it. My heart goes out to Lilly’s family. May peace find them during this time. Reflecting on the profound impact of my dear friend and Salesforce board member Susan Wojcicki. Susan was a trailblazer in the industry, an exemplary mother, and a cherished friend. We shared so many fun family events and elegant programs celebrating her incredible success. She had a remarkable ability to lead with grace and vision, lighting up every interaction with her wisdom and warmth. Her kind heart, wise counsel, and philanthropic spirit touched countless lives. My thoughts are with her surviving mother Esther, sisters Janet and Anne, her husband Dennis Troper, and her beloved children. Susan's legacy of leadership and love will forever inspire us. I am deeply saddened by the loss of my dear friend & mentor, Sandy Robertson. For over 20 years, Sandy stood by my side & served as an amazing Lead Director of the Salesforce Board of Directors. He was a great leader in our industry, founding companies like Robertson Stephens & Francisco Partners. Sandy had a hand in financing over 500 growth technology companies, including giants like Dell, AOL, & Sun. He was also a deeply dedicated philanthropist who inspired me to support UCSF.
