Kahn may have taught us to reverse our teaching. Students are not ready for a new concept/skill until they FEEL the need for it.

Kahn Academy is a good idea, but the homework/tech is a hurdle. Give students a task, let them fail, then instruct. It's student readiness.

@Stand4Children Teachers are isolated from other colleagues. A one-time eval won't have much value. There are too many variables in class.
