You are right, my friend. I hope truth is born from what people see, not what they hear. So many foreigners misunderstand our country and its system, even our constitution. In fact, many of them don’t grasp what it means to govern a nation of 1.4 billion people.
While I'm not Chinese, there's a few core tenets that I personally support and agree with as a foreigner.
It's 3am, I can't sleep and I was thinking about my beliefs and how they intertwine with the Chinese people.
This is how my values personally align, these are the core positions that make sense to me.
Here's a few 👇
- National sovereignty.
I strongly oppose any position where China's territory (or any nation) is brought into question. This includes Taiwan, Xinjiang, Tibet, Hong Kong and, obviously, opposing separatism and external influences that sow the seeds of violence and disunity.
- Recognising China's progress.
One I touch on the most, but highlighting China's achievements and progress, especially around infrastructure and policy.
Not only is it China's progress, but it could by your countries. We should learn from one other and build for the people. That's part of why I shine a light.
- Respect China's governance.
I strongly support CPC's governance, not blindly because it's China, but the structure and underlying philosophy resonates with me the strongest. I've spoken about this in previous posts or replies extensively.
- Social interests.
I've believed in this for as long as I can remember, we should always prioritise the interests of the social collective. Part of this is supporting decisions that improve people's lives and promoting common development.
- Win-win in international relations
I oppose unfair treatment in regards to geopolitics and one-sided propaganda.
I'll will always advocate for win‑win outcomes where all countries can grow and propser, built on mutual respect.

I don’t speak for Chinese people, and I don’t claim to understand every layer of China’s domestic realities.
I've never said I'm an expert on China, far from it. Nor do I grasp every nuance. I'm learning every day.
I don't always touch on the above evenly.
But I support them nonetheless.
