Had symptoms of a condition and we where pretty certain I had it. Decided I had to call 111 just to be safe. Diagnosed within the hour by video call with a prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy tomorrow morning. During a pandemic. Absolutely amazing workers👏🏻❤️ #NHS
