@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb Furthermore @AirBnB evidently failed to do their background check and i don’t feel safe hosting guest that have criminal records on the platform since they send out criminals but I will have to pay them fees to no longer host .

I am literally afraid to request reimbursement for damages because this is a criminal and they can retaliate if I report them to @AirbnbHelp because @AirBnB will actually call the guest and let them know unlike the police . This is not safe for guest that are criminals

@DamieBird @JustCobiPro @Patiencexx4 I removed my cleaning fees on @AirBnB and charged $86 for two nights first booking after that was a convicted criminal who brought 3 other guests. Smoking in the house. Stained sheets with blood and made false report to AirBnB to get their money back

@ankur57k @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb @AirbnbPolicy Interesting because a guest sent this picture of a dead roach that looks planted by the guest. And @AirBnB gave a refund even though I have routine pest control and shared receipts of that. And they wouldn’t refund you for several gigantic large roaches.

@AirbnbHelp can you ban @Airbnb guests from requesting discounts before booking . It is a very frustrating experience and eats up a lot of host time
. If a discount request is denied the guest leaves a bad review affecting my Superhost status as I am currently experiencing!!!
