@megabusuk so we have been collected from Southampton parkway but apparently only goes as far as Oxford. Can you please confirm there will actually be a coach there to take us further as this is no getting beyond a joke. Many thanks

@megabusuk wats happening about the coach at Oxford?? I can't be waiting around for hours again already missed a wedding like I said. If I get train to Liverpool then surely you guys have to re inburse that along with a full refund. 6 n half hours and only just pulled into Oxford

@megabusuk Thanks very much as we do have a elederly lady with us who has been struggling with that wait and now panicking there won't be another coach. Its horrible to see to be honest and people should be ashamed. But thanks for ur help jodie at least some one has been trying to help us.

@shubhamgill @megabusuk @AlwaysInTraini2 We have been collected from soton Airport but only taking us to Oxford then got to get another one to Birmingham and another to manchester. This whole process is a joke and I really hope that a bus is there in Oxford

@megabusuk 3 hours 30 minutes late. Hardly any updates no communication from company yet still stuck in a train station waiting. Very poor service.

That's just not fair. There should be a way of knowing if a coach is on its way. Just counted 15 ppl here and every person is not happy and will be escalating this further. Its totally un acceptable

@megabusuk Waiting for the m34n. Nearly 4 hours now and I'm supposed to be at a wedding. No ine has tried contacting and your last and only update said 90 mins that's been and gone. Got quite a few very un happy customers sat here waiting
