Been working 6-7 days/wk for 6 months, add a breakup. So I’ve been trying to gird myself emotionally before listening to the new @JasonIsbell. Volunteer came up on a playlist. I was an hour late to work weeping in a truck stop parking lot on I-65. Guess I needed it.

@krassenstein Personally, I feel moral accountability is more powerful when it’s owed to other people, rather than God. In the long arc of human history, has God valued life and morality, or power and control? What if we take responsibility for our history, and future? Instead of, because God?
