@PLDT_Cares Honestly the only help I can use with a unknown ETA on repair is how to cancel my account as ~4 days+ should have been plenty of time for any competent engineer to give some kind of repair ETA even if its a conservative estimate.

We need a reliable connection for work/study.

Our FIBR 2099 line has been down since Sunday, PLDT 'reassured' me their engineers are working on the issue and gave me a repair ticket, which apparently does not exist.

Meanwhile 3 HomeFIBR vans parked up the road texting this morning. @PLDT_Cares @PLDTHome @pldt

@PLDT_Cares I've been given the same Repair ticket that does not exist when checking via PLDTHome SR Request Status & told to text TRACK which gives the same 4 hour ETA that does not change.

The FB support told me they can't give me an ETA on repair anymore. 🤷

@PLDT_Cares Sadly it doesnt as you gave me the same reference number that does not exist under account functions for 'Service Request Tracking' which is supposed to be what the SR number is for.

PLDT TRACK also says 'estimated within 4 hours' every single time, for days now.

@GamersNexus Userbenchmark still deleting any Pro-AMD comments, have you seen their take on the 5800X3D? Apparently 3D Cache is a gimmick.

They also wiped my account for stating facts but negative comments are perfectly fine. xD
