Thank God for the 2nd examiner sha... I had a 69.7% in the orals.

DNC 2026 was a tremendous success!

To the glory of God, the DNC 26 was a refreshing & impactful time of worship, prayer, fellowship & missions engagement.

@kanams_h This child may have benefited from an interosseus access. As a rule of thumb, in a child in shock and ONE failed IV attempt, secure an IO access immediately.

Avoid multiple attempts at IV access. Remember, time is of the essence!!!

1. There are toxic residency centres in Nigeria.
2. There are specialties/departments that are well known for toxicity.

The toxicity in these centres is due to the toxicity within certain departments there.
